These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OffLoad website (offload.daryna.digital) and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Daryna Wyss, Zurich, Switzerland ("OffLoad", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

OffLoad is an informational and community platform aimed at supporting working parents, particularly in the Swiss market. The Service includes: — Informational content (blog articles, resources); — A CV Builder tool powered by AI (for personal, non-commercial use); — A newsletter subscription; — Links to community resources and third-party platforms.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: — Use the Service in any way that violates Swiss law or applicable international law; — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or related systems; — Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data; — Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without prior written permission; — Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any Service feature; — Use the CV Builder tool to generate content that misrepresents qualifications in job applications in a manner intended to defraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

The CV Builder is an AI-assisted tool intended to help users create tailored CV content for inspiration and reference. The output is generated by a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) and is provided on an "as-is" basis.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before use. OffLoad does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of generated content. You must not submit AI-generated CVs without reviewing and personalising them to reflect your actual experience and qualifications.

All content on the Service, including text, design, graphics, illustrations, and code, is the property of OffLoad or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss copyright law (URG) and international intellectual property conventions.

You may view and print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

The OffLoad name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Daryna Wyss. You may not use them without express written permission.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (including Discord, Buy Me a Coffee, LinkedIn, and external research sources). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law. We do not warrant that: — The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; — Any information obtained through the Service is accurate or reliable; — Defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law (in particular Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), OffLoad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed CHF 100.

This limitation does not apply to liability for intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), which cannot be contractually excluded under Swiss law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
