This Privacy Policy applies to the website offload.daryna.digital and all associated services. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU/EEA.

The legal bases for processing are: — Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31(1) nDSG), e.g. for newsletter subscription; — Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); — Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31(2)(a) nDSG), e.g. operating and improving our services.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Usage data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, referring URL. This data is collected automatically via server logs and is used solely for security and statistical analysis.

Contact and newsletter data: email address, voluntary first name. Provided when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.

CV Builder data: job posting URLs you submit are sent to our AI-powered CV generation service. We do not store the content of job postings or generated CVs on our servers beyond the duration of your session.

Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel may process server logs including IP addresses in the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.

The CV Builder feature uses the Anthropic API (Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA). Prompts are transmitted securely and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not use the API in a way that enables model training on your data.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a single technical localStorage entry ("offload-lang") to remember your language preference. This is not a cookie and does not require consent under Swiss law.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics service.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you updates about OffLoad. Subscription is voluntary and based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We do not share your email address with third parties.

Usage logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. CV Builder session data is not stored after your session ends. We delete or anonymise personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.

Under the nDSG and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to: — Access your personal data we hold; — Rectification of inaccurate data; — Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"); — Restriction of processing; — Data portability; — Objection to processing based on legitimate interests; — Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@daryna.digital. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at www.edoeb.admin.ch.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.
